1. Where are you located and where is the warehouse?
We are a company based in Latvia, and our warehouse is located in the Latvian city of Rēzekne.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the Baltic States takes 1–3 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery time depends on the location — usually 4–10 business days. Delivery is available only to European Union member states.

3. If my company has a valid VAT number, can I purchase tax-free?
Yes, all companies with a valid VAT number can purchase goods tax-free, in accordance with EU law. When placing your order, check the box labeled “Company,” and you will be able to enter your VAT number.

4. Do you have other types of gas available in your warehouse?
We are gradually expanding our warehouse with new products. The gases available for export are listed in our online store.

5. Is there an additional discount for large quantities?
Yes. In our online store, we have prepared bundle offers of 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 units per pallet. The price includes delivery and a volume discount.
If you are a company purchasing in large quantities, you can contact us, and we will prepare a custom offer for you.

6. What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via PayPal and card payments through the secure Stripe system (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, etc.).
It is also possible to request an invoice for payment via bank transfer.

7. Is the gas you offer of high quality?
Our company has been operating since 2014, and we have established excellent cooperation with trusted partners. All refrigerants meet the highest quality standards.

8. Will I receive an invoice?
Yes! You will receive the invoice by email immediately after your order is shipped. The email will include a tracking number and the invoice as an attachment.

9. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
Smaller parcels are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Venipak.
Larger orders are shipped via the transport company Cargomax — this will be indicated in your email.
